do I place an order?Simply shop online or call 1-888-222-7261. When
shopping at the Online TABASCO® Country Store, add the product(s) you want
to your shopping basket, provide your shipping address and billing information,
pick a payment method, and check out. What
are my payment options?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
How will my order be shipped?
In addition to all street addresses within the U.S., we now
ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO's, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin
Islands, Amercian Samoa and international destinations.
The following list shows our available shipping choices and
their estimated shipping times. Please note that for all orders,
delivery time depends on the availability of an item, when
it leaves our warehouse, and the shipping method chosen. Delivery
times apply from the time your order leaves our warehouse,
not from the time you place your order. Please note: On U.S.
holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly
delayed.
Domestic:
- U.S. Postal Service - 5-10 business days. Orders shipped
to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes must use this method.
- Standard UPS Ground - 5-8 business days to the 48 continental
United States.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2-3 business days to all 50 states and
Puerto Rico.
- UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days to the 48 continental
United States.
- UPS Next Day Air - Next business day to all 50 states,
if order is placed by 3:00pm CST.
International:
- FedEx International Priority - 3 business days for international
orders shipped to Europe, Asia, Canada and Latin America.
May also be used to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin
Islands and American Samoa.
Shipping charges, delivery times and policies are affected
by a variety of factors, especially when shipping to a
non-U.S. destination. We are always working to improve
the quality and cost of shipping for all of our customers.
For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject
to change without notice.
Orders shipped to certain destinations require the use
of certain shipping methods. Beyond that, your choice
of shipping method may be based on desired delivery time
and cost. Please see below for a list of options, according
to destination.
- Orders shipped to street addresses within the 48 continental
United States may be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day
Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air.
- Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may only be shipped
via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
- Orders shipped to Europe, Asia, Canada and Latin America
may only be shipped via FedEx International Priority.
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes may
only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
- Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may only be shipped via
UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx International Priority.
- Orders shipped to Guam, the Virgin Islands and American
Samoa must be shipped via FedEx International Priority.

I place an order by phone?
If you prefer to phone in your order, were
at your service from 8:00 am - 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Just call 1-888-222-7261.
Do
you take international orders?
Yes, we now ship to international destinations. We also ship
to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa and
APO/FPO's. If you'd rather order by phone, international customers
may call 1-337-373-6133. Read

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes, while you are checking-out, you may choose to have items
gift-wrapped for an additional charge of $4.00. You may also
write a gift message that will be included with your gift.
Please note that gift-wrapping is not available on gift baskets,
perishable items and oversized items. All items in one order
will be gift-wrapped together. If you'd like items to be individually
wrapped, please place a separate order for each of those items.

What
if an item is listed as out of stock or backordered?
"Out of Stock" items are not available at this time. Unfortunately,
we can't 'backorder' these items for customers. When a particular
item becomes available again, we will then make it available
for purchase on the web site. If there is an Out of Stock
item you are interested in purchasing, please check back periodically
to see if we have re-stocked it. And keep in mind that we
are always adding new merchandise to the site, so you may
find something else you just have to have. Thanks for your
understanding.
What about returns and exchanges?
Please
complete all pertinent information on the return and exchange form included in
each package, or include an explanatory note, and return it with the item, insured
and prepaid, to: TABASCO® Country Store, McIlhenny Company, Avery Island, LA 70513.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for credit card adjustments to appear on your account. What
