In 2006, McIlhenny Company partnered with six African-American churches in Louisiana to preserve and record the rich culinary treasures of the African-American community in this one-of-a-kind 32 page cookbook. All proceeds from the sale of this cookbook are being donated back to the participating churches for distribution to their memberships and other organizations.
